If you are seeing a never-ending loading screen while in a simulation, you will want to perform a hard refresh of the webpage. To perform a hard refresh, press Ctrl+Shift+R on your keyboard.
If this does not fix the issue, it may be due to a browser or internet issue. Make sure that you have a solid internet connection when trying to access the simulation.
All of our simulations work best with the browsers Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are experiencing this issue, make sure you are using one of these web browsers when playing through the simulation. Keep in mind that Internet Explorer may not work with our system as Microsoft has decided to go forward with Microsoft Edge as their main browser.
