When choosing which car to buy, there are certain numbers you focus on such as the amount of money you will spend, the number of seats, the top speed etc. When evaluating your marketing efforts, there are also certain numbers that you need to look at. These numbers are called metrics.
These are the numbers by which the performance of your campaigns will be measured. They are also called KPI's or "Key Performance Indicators". Some of these metrics include the number of times your ad is seen (impressions), the number of people who see your ad (reach), the number of times your ad is clicked (clicks), the number of times someone makes a purchase because of your ad (conversions), and the amount of money the company takes in because of your ad (revenue). These are all metrics that will be measured in the simulation.
