The purpose of this article is to help Professors and Bookstores know the process we use at Stukent for bookstore orders.
First of all, it's important to mention that we handle purchase orders entirely through email.
To start, the professor will need to give the bookstore a list of materials needed and an amount (ex. 20 copies of Social Media Marketing Textbook and Mimic Social). The bookstore can then send a PO to firstname.lastname@example.org from which we will respond with an invoice on PayPal. Once the invoice has been paid, we will then email over a list of access codes that can then be distributed to the students.
For reference, the ISBN number can be found on each product's page when the instructor clicks on his class when he signs in to our Stukent website.
Attached to the bottom of this article is a guide that bookstores can give to students purchasing access codes. The guide will show students how to redeem their Stukent access code.
Per our Terms and Conditions, bookstore orders must have a minimum order value of $500.
We have a 90 day return policy for all our products. Refunds can be requested as long as codes being returned are unused. Once 90 days have passed since purchase, an in-store credit will be given for the same title. Also note that our access codes do not expire, therefore all unused codes can be carried over to future semesters.
Note: It is important that bookstores do not resell access codes to other bookstores.
