Student | How do I redeem my Access Code?

This article will go over the details of where to receive access codes and how to redeem them. 

 

To start, you will need to be registered in your course with Stukent. Access codes are purchased through your school’s bookstore or provided by your school directly to you. If you have purchased an access code and have not received it, we recommend reaching out to where you purchased the access code. Commonly, bookstores will email the access code to you or provide a printed copy of the access code. 

If your bookstore has any additional questions on how or where to purchase access codes, they can reach out to us directly. 

Since our access codes are digital, we do not have access codes on backorder. However, it can take time for bookstores to process their access codes once received.  If you are waiting for your bookstore to receive its access codes, feel free to reach out to our support team with a 14-day trial. This will allow you to get started on your work right away while you wait for your bookstore to provide the access code. 

 

Once you are registered, you’ll select “Enter Access Code.” 

 

Here you will input the 16-digit access code you received. Keep in mind that these do need to be exact and lowercase. They usually appear in this format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

Once you click "Continue", you will then have access to the materials of the course.

  • If you are having trouble with your access code, you’ll want to check with your bookstore to make sure the materials for your access code are the same for your course. 
  • If you received a 14-day trial, you will need to reach out to our support team at support@stukent.com to assist you with redeeming the access code.
