Basic Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing technical difficulties when accessing your textbook or simulation, please attempt the following before contacting us. 

  • Login via my.stukent.com(If your course is using a LMS platform(e.g. Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.), you will access Stukent within your LMS platform rather than logging in from our website.)
  • Clear cookies and cache in your browser
  • Disable any ad blocker on your browser
  • Log out and back in again
  • Refresh your page
  • Double check your internet connection
  • Attempt on a different browser
  • Attempt on a different device/network
