Many technical issues you may be experiencing with Stukent can be resolved by clearing your cookies and cache on your internet browser. See below for instructions for the most common internet browsers.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser.
- Select the "Delete Browsing Data" item from the list. This will take you to the Chrome Settings box.
- At the top, select "ALL TIME for the time range.
- Check all boxes: "Browsing History", "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files".
- Click "Clear Data".
Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- select "Choose What to Clear" under "Clear Browsing Data".
- Under Time range, select "ALL TIME".
- Select "Cookies" and other site data
- Click "Clear".
FireFox
- Click the menu button
- Select " .
- Select the " panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click "
- Remove the check mark in front of "Cookies and Site Data".
- Select "Cached Web Content", click the button.
- Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Safari
- Go to Settings > Safari
- Select "Clear History and Website Data".
- Next, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data
- Select "Remove All Website Data".
