Clear cookies and cache on all browsers

Many technical issues you may be experiencing with Stukent can be resolved by clearing your cookies and cache on your internet browser. See below for instructions for the most common internet browsers.

Google Chrome

  1. Click theMorein the top right corner of your browser.
  2. Select "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data".
  3. At the top, select "ALL TIME for the time range. 
  4. Check all boxes, "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files".
  5. Click "Clear Data".

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  2. select "Choose What to Clear" under "Clear Browsing Data".
  3. Under Time range, select "ALL TIME".
  4. Select "Cookies" and other site data
  5. Click "Clear".

 

FireFox

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu
  2. Select "Options".
  3. Select the "Privacy & Security" panel.
  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click "Clear Data"
  5. Remove the check mark in front of "Cookies and Site Data".
  6. Select "Cached Web Content", click the Clear button.
  7. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

 

Safari

  1. Go to Settings > Safari
  2. Select "Clear History and Website Data". 
  3. Next, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data
  4. Select "Remove All Website Data".
