 Certificate of completion for our simulations:

• How do students receive their certificates for the simulations?
  -Once students complete the simulation, they will automatically receive their certificate at the end of the simulation.  
• Can students share their certificates for the simulation?
  -Students can absolutely share their certificates for their simulation. Below their certificate, it will give them the option to download the certificate or share the certificate to Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
• Can students download their certificates for their simulation?
  -At this time, students can download certificates of completion for their simulations. However, they are unable to for their certification exam: We are looking to add this in the future.

This includes our Digital Marketing Certification and the Social Media Certification. 

• How many questions are there?
  -There is 80 questions out for a test bank of 120 questions. 
• How much time do you have?
  -You'll have 2 hours from the time you start the exam.
• Can I leave the exam and go back in?
  -Once you start the exam, the clock does start for the 2 hours. This clock will continue whether you are in the exam or outside the exam. 
• What score do I have to get to receive a certification? 
  -You will need an 80 or above to receive a certificate. 
• Can I re-take the exam?
  -To retake the exam, you will need to have your instructor reset your exam on their end. Or if your instructor provides written permission to our support team at [e-mail] , we can reset the exam on their behalf for you.
