With our continual updates to our courseware and simulations, there are times that minor edits to text, images, and clarification are made to improve your students' experiences within the courseware.
Anytime we make these updates, you will now have the option to update your course(s) right away or wait until the most convenient time for you and your students.
When logging into your Course Management, if an update is available, you will see the following message:
If you choose to update, you will then have the option to update your course as well as any other courses you have that are capable of being updated as well.
If you dismiss the update, you then be asked to confirm:
Rest assured, if you dismiss this update, you can always go into your Instructor Portal and select the Settings tab to update which courseware/simulations you would like to update.
FAQs
Do I have to update?
-At this time, you are not required to do these updates. You are more than welcome to not update your courseware/simulation.
Can I update later?
-Definitely! If you dismiss this message, you can always go back to the Settings in your Instructor Portal to update your simulations and courseware.
Will my newly created course have these updates?
-Any newly created courses will contain the latest updates made. If the update is made after the course is created, you'll have the option to update the courseware/simulation.
My semester is coming up to the end, should I still update my courseware?
-You definitely can. However, if your course is over or about to be over, we'd recommend just skipping the update. Any new courses you create will contain this new update. If you have any questions on what's best for your current courses, your Success Manager is always there for any guidance and concerns you may have.
What are you updating?
-These updates will generally just contain text edits, image edits, and clarification to existing information within the simulation and/or courseware.

Updates to the simulations: Any updates that are applied to your simulation will be listed under the Settings of the Instructor Portal in red.
