Get the Most Out of Your Stukent Experience

Welcome to Stukent! In this step-by-step guide, you’ll find some great tips and tricks for using your Stukent courseware and Simternship.

You can also watch a quick video tutorial on your courseware’s or Simternship’s features!

Useful Tools in Your Courseware

Your courseware features useful tools to help you study effectively.

To find a keyword in the text, type your search terms into the search bar at the top of the courseware interface. Your results will auto-populate as you type.

To take notes, use your mouse to highlight a section of text. When the Add Highlight popup appears, select a color for your highlighter and type a note into the Add Note box.

Once you’re finished, click Save. Your saved notes will be available under the Notebook tab.

Finally, to have the text read aloud to you, click Reading Assist in the lower right corner of your interface.

Once the interface opens, click the Play button at the bottom of your screen.

To adjust the reader’s voice and speed, click the Voice Settings button, which is located beside the Play button. You may also use the menu in the top right corner to adjust the on-screen text.

To exit the Reading Assist feature, click the back arrow.

Helpful Tips to Succeed in Your Simternship

When it comes to your Simternship, pay close attention to the instructions you receive from your simulated supervisors. Employers consider attention to detail to beas a valuable soft skill, and your Simternship allows you to practice it in a real-world, low-risk setting!

Secondly, be aware that once you submit a round of your Simternship, you won’t have access to it in future rounds. Just like in the real world, you should take notes of what happens in meetings, download and save important documents, and keep track of the decisions you make.

If you need assistance with your courseware or Simternship, please contact the Stukent Support Team. We’re here to help you get back to the business of learning!

Best of luck this semester!
