This article will review the ins and outs of resetting your student's certification exams within Stukent.
- Please set the start and end dates for the exams prior to students taking the exam.
- The certification exams are 80 questions out of a bank of 120 questions.
- There is a 2-hour time limit.
- They must receive 80% or higher to receive a certificate. These are automatically generated.
How to view your student's score and results:
- Select Go to Admin on the Certification Exam on the course you would like to view results for.
- You can scroll through the students or search to find a student.
- Here you can view the score under the Exam column
- If you select the score, you can view the answers and the student's choice for each question.
How to reset their exam and erase previous answers:
- Select Go to Admin on the Certification Exam on the course you would like to reset the exam for.
- You can scroll through the students or search to find a specific student
- Select the + next to their name
- Select Return Student to "Exam"
- It will ask "Are you sure you want to send Student to the "Exam" round and remove their score (if any)?"
- To erase the selected answers check the box ☑️
- Select Yes, Send Student to Previous Round and Reset Scores
- To give the student a fresh restart, you'll want to reset them back as far as you can, including the Introduction Round.
*Keep in mind that this action cannot be undone.*
How to reset their exam and NOT erase previous answers:
- Select Go to Admin on the Certification Exam on the course you would like to reset the exam for.
- You can scroll through the students or search to find a specific student
- Select the + next to their name
- Select Return Student to "Exam"
- It will ask "Are you sure you want to send Student to the "Exam" round and remove their score (if any)?"
- Do NOT select the box if you would like to keep the answers the student has chosen.
- Select Yes, Send Student to Previous Round and Reset Scores
- You'll want to set them back to as far as you can, including the Introduction Round.
