Our courseware offers additional options beyond resetting student quizzes. You can also add additional time for submissions, and allow a student to submit quizzes past the due date.
Here is where you can find these options:
- Go to the Student Results tab in the "Instructor Portal".
- Click the "+" button next to the student's name, and select "Manage Student".
- The "Student Settings" is located at the top.
Allow Additional Time For Submissions
This option is great for meeting time accommodations for students with IEPs, 504's, or other circumstances. Once you click the "checkbox" to allow this feature, you will have the option to allow additional time in "minutes" or "percentage".
Allow Student to Submit Quizzes Pass Due Date
This option is ideal for students who may have missed a quiz(zes), but you don't want to extend the due date for the whole class. You can select the checkbox and leave it "checked" for however long you gave the student to get caught up on those missed quizzes.
When you're ready for them to no longer be able to take quizzes late, just "uncheck" the box. This will remove their ability to take quizzes past the due date.
Allow Students to see their answers selected
This option is great if you would like your students to use their quizzes as a study guide. You will need to enable the feature to Display Selected Answers in Result. This is within the Instructor Portal of your course.
