One of your decisions in round 3 is to optimize bids. What it is wanting you to do is to take a look at your keywords, and see which ones are doing well and which ones are not. For example, if the go pro keyword is getting 0 clicks then why is that? Is it because it doesn't go with your ad? Is it because your bid is too low? A lot of times you just need to adjust your bid to get better results.
To optimize your bids, navigate to your ad campaigns and select the Keywords tab.
From here you can edit your bid amounts for each keyword by clicking on the little blue pencil next to any keyword under the Max CPC column.
In order for this decision to check off, you will need to change at least one of your bids.
