Typically, access codes are acquired directly from your school's bookstore. These bookstores procure the codes directly from us and handle their distribution to students.
Normally, bookstores will either physically provide you with the access code for redemption on your account or send it directly to you via email.
If you've purchased an access code from your bookstore but haven't received it yet, we advise contacting the bookstore directly. They are responsible for distributing the access codes they've purchased.
Once you receive your code, you should be all ready to redeem the access code on your account. To redeem your code on your account, you will first need to join your course. Steps HERE
