By linking your Stukent and Blackboard courses, you have the ability to adjust dates in just one place that will be pushed to both the assignments in your LMS and to the Stukent platform. Here is how you can do that!
Locating the Stukent Content Tool
If you're using Blackboard Original, you will access the Stukent Content tool by:
- Click "Content".
- Click the "Build Content" dropdown, and select "Stukent Content" from the list.
If you're using Blackboard Ultra, you will access the Stukent Content tool by:
- Click on "View course & institution tools" under 'Books & Tools'.
- Click on "Browse all course tools" at the bottom of the list.
- Locate and click on the the "Stukent Content" tile.
Using the Stukent Content Tool to Adjust Dates
Once you've opened the "Stukent Content" tool, you'll see all of the products' assignments being used in your course. If you have multiple products, they will be presented under different tabs under "Available Content".
Simternship Dates
The simternships will have a field for a "Start Date" which will set the start date for when it can be accessed within Stukent. After you add a start date(s) here, you can then use the "Update" button at the bottom to apply the changes.
*If you need due dates for the simternship assignments, those will need to be applied to the assignment link in Blackboard since due dates cannot be applied to the simternship rounds in Stukent.
Courseware Dates
The courseware will have "Open Date" and "Due Date" fields. These dates will be applied to both the assignment in Blackboard as well as on the Stukent side. After you add the date(s) here, you can then use the "Update" button at the bottom to apply the changes.
