With the new Stukent CTE platform (currently only used for high school), you will no longer need to wait for pending approvals of your course.
High School Instructors
If you're able to log in at https://app.cte.stukent.com/ and create a course with materials, your license is good to go and approved. If you need to check on the status and your licenses, please reach out to your customer success manager. They are more than happy to make sure you are up to date. https://www.stukent.com/schedule-a-success-call/
For schools sponsored to use the Personal Finance Simulation, your course will usually be approved within 24 hours. However, it can take a bit longer during the busy season. If by chance, it's not approved within 2 business days, please reach out to support or your customer success manager.
Higher Education Instructors
With a Higher Education course, the payment type is usually set to Bookstore (Access Codes) or to Student Paid (Credit Card). Depending on your school, the course may be set as Program Paid. There is a small exception for certain schools, with approval, to have this payment type. In these cases, these courses are approved by your customer success manager. https://www.stukent.com/schedule-a-success-call/
Demo Trial Courses
If you have a demo or trial course that has the pending approval banner, you can change the Payment Type to Student Paid (Access Code and/or Student Paid).
If students are receiving a pending verification after going into the Personal Finance Simulation, you may need to verify your students within your simulation. Steps on how to do so here: Personal Finance Simulation | Adding and Verifying Students
