Instructor | "Act As" feature is not working

If you have any trouble with the 'Act As' feature not working as intended in your Stukent, there are a few things you can do to help resolve the error. 

Keep in mind, that you can only 'Act As' students currently enrolled in your courses. You can find information on how to use the 'Act As' feature here: Instructor | How to "Act As" your students

Here are a few things we recommend checking for:

  • Make sure you are using a PC or laptop. You may have trouble with this feature working properly on a tablet or mobile device. 
  • Make sure you don't have any ad or popup blockers blocking the page from loading properly. 
  • Clearing your Cookies and Cache. Delete Cookies/Cache for Individual Websites
  • Trying another browser. We recommend using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Sometimes Safari can block certain parts of the materials from loading properly. 
  • Trying another device.
