While there might be a few different factors for this message, sometimes it's influenced by change made in your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace/D2L, Moodle, etc). Read below for next steps.
If you see the following screen after launching Stukent from your LMS, take the steps below:

This can be caused because the primary email in your LMS was recently changed (if you have used Stukent in the past). You will need to reach out to the Stukent Support team with the following information
- Take a screenshot of the email on your LMS account using the steps in this article: Students | How do I find my primary email address?
- Take a screenshot of your full screen showing the issue/message that prohibits you from opening your material.
Once you've done this, reach out to our Support Team to inform them you are receiving this message when launching to Stukent from your LMS, and provide them with the information requested above. They will be able to escalate it to our LMS Support Specialists who will help determine the next best steps in resolving that error.
