Sometimes you may receive a blank screen after launching from your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace/D2L, Moodle, etc). This is typically caused by a change in your LMS. Read the steps below for how to proceed.
If you see the following screen after launching Stukent from your LMS, take the steps below:

This is typically caused because the primary email in your LMS was recently changed (if you have used Stukent in the past). You will need to reach out to the Stukent Support team with the following information
- Take a screenshot of the email on your LMS account using the steps in this article: Students | How do I find my primary email address?
- Take a screenshot of your full screen showing the issue/message that prohibits you from opening your material.
Once you've done this, reach out to our Support Team to inform them you are receiving a blank screen when launching to Stukent from your LMS, and provide them with the information requested above. They will be able to escalate it to our LMS Support Specialists who will help determine the next best steps in resolving that error.
