If your Stukent scores aren't showing up in your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.), it often means you are accessing Stukent incorrectly: Entering login credentials directly at my.stukent.com or using a bookmarked login page instead of launching from your LMS.
To help ensure grade syncing, you must always use your LMS launch link to log in via Single Sign-On (SSO).
We also recommend closing your Stukent tabs when you're done working. Starting a fresh session from your LMS every time prevents login and syncing errors.
Troubleshooting Steps
If your grades are missing, follow these steps in order:
Launch directly from your LMS: Log out of Stukent completely. Go to your LMS course page and click the official Stukent launch button. This triggers the SSO and correctly links your account.
Handle unexpected login screens: If you see a manual login screen instead of your course materials after launching, do not log in manually. Close that tab, return to your LMS, refresh the page, and click the launch button again.
Contact your instructor: Reach out to your instructor for assistance on resyncing your scores.
Important Note: Sometimes, score syncing issues happen because specific grade items haven't been properly connected to the Stukent course on the backend. If scores still are not syncing, your instructor should reach out to Stukent Support.
To prevent this from happening on future assignments, remember to delete any Stukent login bookmarks and only access your materials via your LMS.
