If you notice that your scores from Stukent are not showing in your LMS platform, it can be indication that Stukent has been accessed incorrectly. If your course is linked to an LMS like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc., you must always access Stukent through your LMS course (first screenshot below).
Using a stand-alone link like my.stukent.com
or a bookmarked link where you manually login (second screenshot below), can cause an issue like this.
To troubleshoot getting scores to sync, follow the steps below in the order they're presented:
- Go to the LMS and launch using the launch button there.
- If you see the login screen instead of your materials, close the tab, go back to the LMS, refresh the page, and use the launch button again.
- Let your instructor know that you're not seeing certain scores, and they can reach out to us for further assistance. Any troubleshooting we can help with will need to be done through your instructor.
To resolve this for future assignment scores, make sure that you access Stukent only through a "Stukent" link connected in your LMS course.
