Why is My Payment Screen Stuck on the 'Finalize Order' Screen?

Are you stuck on a screen like the one below? Don't panic, we have the solution.


If you are reading this article, you are trying to pay with a credit card on the Stukent website and you are running into a screen that says 'Finalize Order' as displayed above. If it does not continue to the payment screen, you may be trying to access the Stukent website on an outdated browser. 

Make sure that you are trying to put in your credit card information on one of the major browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, or Microsoft's Edge. If you try accessing the site on Internet Explorer- an outdated browser that has been replaced by Edge- the payment screen will most likely lock up among a slew of other problems due to the lack of processing power, etc.
