Access Issue Solution

If you are attempting to access your course, you may have run into one of the following error messages.

Our development team is continuing their efforts to provide a long-term solution to the issue you are experiencing. In the meantime, we ask that you "allow ALL third party cookies" on your designated internet browser. Listed below is instructions of how to do so per browser:

Google Chrome
1. Click the three little dots in the upper right hand corner
2. Click "Settings"
3. Under "Privacy and Security", select "Cookies and other site data"
4. Select the option, "Allow all cookies"

Microsoft Edge
1. Click "More" on the upper right hand corner
2. Click "Settings"
3. Scroll down and click on "View advanced settings"
4. Under "Cookies", select "Don't block cookies"
5. Please restart your browser

Firefox
1. Click the three lines (menu button) on the upper right corner
2. Click "Privacy & Security"
3. Here you can see your settings for "Enhanced Tracking Protection"
4. Select "Custom"
5. Uncheck ALL Cookies
