NIL Simternship | Round 7 | T-Shirt Design Activity

In Round 7 of the NIL Simternship, students will create and design their t-shirt logo to help promote their brand or the brand of their student-athlete.

For this personal development activity, you'll design a T-shirt to promote your personal brand or the brand of the student-athlete you're partnered with. This fun task helps you understand the power of merchandise as a brand-building tool—a tangible way to generate revenue, improve brand recognition, and grow your following through social media giveaways and contests.

When you're finished with the design, take a screenshot and upload it in the space provided.

Parameters and Guidance

Focus on Simplicity: The most effective T-shirt designs are often the simplest. Think about your core message, logo, or a key phrase that represents your brand.
Know Your Audience: Design a shirt that your followers would actually want to wear. Consider their style and what they connect with.
Think Visually: The shirt should be instantly recognizable. You can use a logo, your name, a unique icon, or a graphic that represents your brand.

Unable to Paste Images (oh naur)

If you have any trouble with copying and pasting your image, you may try another browser. You will also want to make sure you don't have any ad or pop-up blockers on your browser enabled on our site or Canva. They can commonly mistake your beautiful t-shirt design for amazing advertising.

You may also try restarting your device or another device entirely. We do not recommend our materials on a phone or tablet. We recommend using a PC and a laptop.

If you are unable to take a screenshot with the steps listed above, you may try reaching out to support for your device. They will be the experts on how to take a screenshot on your device.
