Understanding Your Temporary Free Trial
If you're experiencing delays receiving your course materials from the bookstore, Stukent offers a temporary free trial to ensure you can start learning without interruption. This free trial grants you access to your courseware for a limited period, helping you stay on track with your studies.
Free Trial Details and Duration
To request a Free Trial, please reach out to our support at support@stukent.com with the email address associated to your account. During this time, you will have temporary access to your simulation and textbook quizzes. Please note that after the trial period ends, full and unrestricted access requires payment or an access code. We are unable to extend the trial past 14 days.
Important Licensing Information
Licenses activated during the free trial are not considered paid licenses. To maintain uninterrupted and unrestricted access to your courseware, you must complete a payment directly to Stukent or purchase an access code through your bookstore.
If you complete simulations or quizzes fully during the free trial, please be aware that Stukent reserves the right to remove such work, including associated scores, at its discretion.
Additionally, we have the right to refuse any trial request.
