Instructor | Avoiding Older Course Enrollments

To ensure your students always have access to the most up-to-date materials, Stukent strongly recommends creating a new course each semester rather than reusing older ones.

We update our courseware annually and continuously improve our simulations based on market trends and instructor feedback. Creating new courses ensures your students get the latest content and keeps your roster organized.

Transitioning to a New Semester:

Archive old courses: Once a semester ends, archive your past courses to prevent confusion. Steps on how to archive courses are listed here: Instructor | How do I archive or unarchive a course?

Update your syllabus: Each course has a unique join link. Double-check your syllabus to ensure you have removed any old links and replaced them with the current one.

What to do if a student joins the wrong course:

If a student accidentally enrolls in an older course, please contact Stukent Support (support@stukent.com) immediately with the following details so we can move them:

  • Old Course Name:
  • New Course Name:
  • Student Details: A list of the names and email addresses of the students who need to be moved.
