At Stukent, we want to help you resolve refund requests as quickly as possible. While our standard guidelines are available in our Refund Policy, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly rather than initiating a dispute through your bank.

Filing a bank dispute can lead to unintended consequences for your coursework:

  • Immediate Loss of Access: Your access to Stukent materials will be suspended immediately upon filing.
  • Long Delays: Bank investigations can take three months or more, during which you will not have access to your materials without a new payment.
  • Loss of Progress: If the bank rules in your favor, any completed work and assigned scores may be removed from the course at Stukent’s discretion.
