As a bookstore, what specifically am I ordering?
You are ordering an access code for digital materials such as online courseware(text) and online simulations used to aid in classrooms.
How do I place an order for access codes?
You can send your invoice or email to support@stukent.com with the following information.
-School
-Product and/or ISBN
-Quantity
-Email address(es) for invoice and access codes
When do I get the invoice?
Invoices are usually sent within 1-3 business days from when we receive your order. We try to send invoices as quickly as possible. However, during busier times of year, it can take up to three business days.
What happens after I pay the invoice?
Once you pay the invoice, we will email the access codes to you within 1-3 business days. We also send an attachment with information on how students can redeem the access codes.
How do I pay the invoice?
Once we receive your order, we will email you an invoice for the purchase. There will be a link on the invoice to View & Pay Invoice.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes, of course! Email our team at support@stukent.com, and we can assist you with receiving a copy of your invoice.
Can I get the access code beforehand?
At this time, we do not send codes before payment. If you are having any trouble with your order and need assistance, please reach out to our support team and we can look into assisting you with the best solution.
If students need access right away, they are more than welcome to reach out to our support team for a 14-day trial to our materials while they wait for their access code.
Where can I find ISBNs for your product?
You can find all our ISBN information listed here: https://www.stukent.com/isbn
How do I know which ISBN/Products the instructor is using in their course?
The instructor should have the ISBN information and product information of the materials used in their course. If they have any questions or need to verify their products, they can reach out to their Customer Success Manager or our support team at support@stukent.com
How do I know the pricing for the materials?
If you reach out to our support team, we can verify any pricing questions you may have.
