Stukent Access Code Return Policy for Bookstores
Stukent offers refunds or credits for access codes based on the purchase date, provided the codes have not been redeemed.
Full Refund (Purchases within 90 Days)
A full refund will be issued to the bookstore if the following two conditions are met:
- The access codes were purchased less than 90 days ago.
- The access codes have not been redeemed.
Credit for Future Orders (Purchases within 12 Months)
Unredeemed access codes purchased between 90 days and 12 months ago are eligible for a credit toward future orders.
- This credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Non-Refundable Codes
Access codes purchased more than 12 months ago (over 1 year) are not eligible for a refund or credit.
