Student | Why is it asking me to purchase my materials again?

I purchased my materials for my class and it's asking me to purchase it again. Why?

Generally, this is due to having more than one account in Stukent. You may try signing in with other email addresses you may have used. 

If you purchased the materials from your bookstore, you may still need to apply the access code you purchased from them. They generally provide these via email. If you didn't receive a code from the bookstore, we recommend reaching out to the bookstore directly for its distribution. However, once you have that code, you can follow the steps here to redeem a code. How do I redeem my Access Code?

 

If you are still having trouble accessing your materials purchased, please reach out to support at support@stukent.com with your first name, last name, and any email addresses you may have used to create your account.
