Student | Access Code didn't unlock all materials

 

If you redeemed your access code and it didn't unlock all the materials of your course, it's likely due to the access code itself. 

We recommend double-checking the products listed for your course and the products listed for your access code. If this is not exact, it will not unlock all the materials in your course. 

e.g. If your course requires the Digital Marketing Simternship/Digital Marketing Essentials courseware bundle and your access code is listed as the Digital Marketing Simternship, it will only unlock your simulation but not the courseware.

If possible, we recommend reaching out to your bookstore prior to redeeming the code. They may be able to provide you with a new code for both.

Alternatively, you could also purchase an additional code for the Digital Marketing Essentials or purchase it separately directly through Stukent with the Pay with Card option. 

If needed, we are also more than happy to provide you with a 14-day trial(if eligible) to get started on your work while you work with your bookstore regarding your code.
