Student | Unable to Launch

If you are unable to launch the simulation or courseware, there are usually a few things you can do that should resolve this type of error.  

  1. Logging out and back in
  2. Clearing your cookies and cache. Steps HERE
  3. Checking for any ad or popup blockers and disabling them.

Lastly, reach out to our support team at support@stukent.com with a screenshot of the error. They will be able to further investigate this error for you and assist you with any additional steps to take from there.
