Student | Quiz Troubleshooting

This article will go over troubleshooting steps to take if you receive any errors while taking your quiz within the Stukent platform.

 

 

Troubleshooting

  1. Closing all existing Stukent Windows. Prolonged login sessions will expire.
  2. Use a PC or a laptop. Our materials are not optimized for mobile devices or tablets. This may prevent certain pages from loading properly.
  3. User browsers Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Unfortunately, browsers such as Safari or Opera can prevent the pages from loading properly.
  4. Remove any ad or pop-up blockers on your browser.
  5.  Clear the Cache and Cookies on your browser.
  6. Attempt to take the quiz once more. 

If you have run out of attempts or are unable to take the quiz again, you may request your instructor to reset your quiz entirely. Things like clearing your cookies and cache should help with future attempts of the quiz. If your instructor provides written permission, we can also reset your quiz on their behalf.
