How to navigate to the Results, which you can access at any time while within the Personal Branding Simternship

You will be rated based on how well you achieved the goals of the round. You will receive a red, orange, yellow or green rating, which will be shown on a rating “wheel”. These colors are interpreted as follows:

-Red requires a lot of improvement

-Orange requires more improvement

-Yellow requires less improvement

-Green requires little to no improvement.

The first results you will see are your Influencer Metric rates. The activities you complete throughout the simulation help your client’s influencer metrics. This will show you a rise or decline in Engagement Rates, Reach, and Influencer Reputation. As a reminder; a brand consultant will generally see a 3% increase to their influencer metrics each round.

From here you will view your Opportunity Selection. Take a look at the rating wheel as well as the feedback to see what you did or didn’t do well.

Moving on, you will view the results of your email pitch as well as your social media posts.

Email Pitch

For the Email Pitch, you will be rated on each aspect of the email you created. Read the feedback for each segment to see what can be improved going forward in the simulation.

Social Media Post

You will also receive feedback for each individual Social Media Post that you create. This information will help you make better decisions moving forward in the simulation.Social_Media_Posts.png
