This article will guide you through the steps of viewing your Customer Persona results in the Media Planning Simternship.
First, you’ll need to access your results. Follow the steps below to do so:
- Click the RESULTS tab under the Media Planning Simternship title
- Choose which round’s results you would like to view
- Once selected, the results page will appear
Persona Card Selections Results
The first result you will see is for your Persona Card. You will be rated using a radial dial. Be sure to read the written feedback as well. The written feedback will tell you what you’ve done well and potential areas for improvement.
The radial dial can be understood as a rating based on how well you achieved the goals of the round. You will receive a red, orange, yellow or green rating, which will be shown on a rating “wheel”. These colors are interpreted as follows:
-Red requires a lot of improvement
-Orange requires more improvement
-Yellow requires less improvement
-Green requires little to no improvement.
Below the radial dial and written feedback is your Customer Persona Card. You will see your selections for the persona information here. If your selection was wrong, it is marked with a red x to the right of the selection. If it is correct, there is no red x.
This same information will be shown in Round 2 of the Media Planning Simternship, but will show the results of the adjustments you may have made to the Customer Persona in that Round.
Tips and Tricks
- Be sure to read all the data available in your Inbox, downloadable data, and information in your Resources button (found at the bottom right corner of your simulation). Use all this information to select the correct Customer Persona information that best fits Buhi’s target audience and goals.
