Results Review

  1. Check the feedback listed at the top of the review page. This is where you can check your results against the target results. As you progress further into your simulation, these boxes will update and show a graph of your results against the target results. The goal of your results in these boxes at the top is to meet or exceed the target results for each section except the churn rate.
  2. Check the feedback for each individual selection made. Each bar lists a green ideal range of losses. The goal is to keep your losses as low as possible.

Tips and Tricks

  • When reviewing the churn rate, keep in mind that a percentage lower than the target is better than a percentage higher than the target. Remember, the churn rate is the percentage of subscribers who either cancel or don’t renew their subscriptions.
  • When reviewing the bars for each of your individual selections made, remember keeping your losses within the green range is more ideal than allowing your losses to exceed it.
  • The losses listed for each individual selection is unique to each round. Use this information to guide your decision on what to select in the next round.
  • You are able to view your results from previous rounds at any given time. Utilize these as a resource to help you make your choices with your current and future rounds. Keeping notes between your rounds will also help you see your best results and choices at a glance and can help you make better choices on future rounds.
  • When making your selections for the service features, determine which option for each section gives you the most benefit for the least amount of budget. For example:
    • By analyzing these results, we know that option 2 gives you 50% more benefits than option 1 for only $50 more. However, option 3 gives you 150% more benefits than option 1 for only $100 more. This might make option 3 the best choice.
    • Option 1 costs $100 and gives you a benefit of 50% more
    • Option 2 costs $150 and gives you a benefit of 100% more
    • Option 3 costs $200 and gives you a benefit of 200% more
