How do I Review Results for Sales Calls?

This article will help you find and interpret your results for the discovery calls in the Professional Selling Simternship. 

To find your results, you will need to: 

  1. Click on the “Results” button at the top left hand corner.
  2. Select the desired round.

The following clip will show you how to navigate to the results which you can do at any time while going through Mimic Professional Selling. This will be the same for all simulations: Results_Tab.gif
You will be rated based on how well you achieved the goals of the round. You will receive a red, orange, yellow or green rating, which will be shown on a rating “wheel”. These colors are interpreted as follows:

-Red requires a lot of improvement

-Orange requires more improvement

-Yellow requires less improvement

-Green requires little to no improvement.

Underneath the wheel, you will see the written description of both sides of the conversation along with feedback on each of your answers. It will look like this:

Tips and Tricks

  • Take notes during the sales call to remember the answers you get to your questions. It will help you answer the questions following the discovery call. 
  • Look at the Active Listening questions prior to getting the discovery call started to know what questions to ask.
