If you are ever having any trouble with your simulation or courseware loading properly, you can usually resolve the error with just a few steps.
- Log out and back in.
- Making sure you are using a PC or laptop. Our simulations and courseware are not optimized for use on tablets or mobile devices. This can sometimes cause the page to not load properly.
- Disabling any pop-up or ad blockers.
- Clearing your cache and cookies: Clear cookies and cache on all browsers
- Trying another browser entirely.

If Stukent isn't loading when launching from an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, or Schoology), it may be because your LMS primary email has changed. Please refer to this article (LMS Students | Why do I see a blank screen when I launch to Stukent from my LMS?)
