Student | Troubleshooting - Page won't load

 

If you are ever having any trouble with your simulation or courseware loading properly, you can usually resolve the error with just a few steps. 

  • Log out and back in.
  • Making sure you are using a PC or laptop. Our simulations and courseware are not optimized for use on tablets or mobile devices. This can sometimes cause the page to not load properly. 
  • Disabling any pop-up or ad blockers. 
  • Clearing your cache and cookies: Clear cookies and cache on all browsers
  • Trying another browser entirely.
